Peppermint essential oil - 10mL

Use

Orally

For fresh breath, suck half a sugar cube soaked with a drop of peppermint essential oil.

Massage

To relieve headaches, apply a drop of peppermint EO to the nape of the neck, the forehead and the temples, then massage. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Olfaction

Inhale the peppermint EO by placing a light trace under the nostrils.

Inhalation

In case of headaches or breathing difficulties, prepare an inhalation with 2 drops of peppermint essential oil diluted in half a litre of hot water.

Precautions

- Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Nor in children under 6 years of age.

Recognition of the efficacy of peppermint essential oil by the highest health authorities:

The European Medicines Agency

It states:

1) "well-established use of peppermint essential oil in the relief of flatulence and abdominal pain, particularly in irritable bowel"

2) "well-established use by cutaneous application of the essential oil to relieve headaches"

3) "traditionally established use of peppermint essential oil by inhalation against coughs and colds, and by cutaneous route against muscular pain and minor skin itching"

The World Health Organization (WHO)

It concludes that the use of peppermint essential oil is "scientifically established in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, and in digestive disorders such as flatulence and gastritis; by external route, the essential oil is effective against muscular pain and headaches".

Ingredients: Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Limonene*, Linalool*
*Not added, naturally present in the essential oil.

Contents: 10 mL
